Happy Friday Families!

Progress Reports were posted to Skyward today. Please check your student's progress so far this year and contact your teacher with questions or concerns.

September is National Attendance Awareness Month. Regular attendance is one of the highest predictors of student success in school. Please make sure your students are present so our amazing teachers can work with them. If your student is sick and needs to stay home, absences can be excused via parent or doctor note. Coming to school on time is also important so students do not miss instructional time - the tardy bell rings at 8:35AM. Students arriving after that will need to be signed in at the front office.

RAINY Day Dismissal -This time of year is often rainy in the afternoons. Please note that if there is a safety concern for our students and staff, we will delay dismissal and notify you via email and text. If you have alternate dismissal plans for rainy days, please make sure you student is aware of them. You must still call the front office to change transportation if your child will go home an alternate way.

Library Card Sign Up Graphic
A library card is one of the most valuable school supplies a student can have. It opens the door to free access to books, digital resources, homework help, and so much more, both in school, and at your local public library.

Since 1987, Library Card Sign-up Month has been held each September to mark the beginning of the school year. This September, we encourage all families to visit their local library and sign up for a card. It’s a simple step that supports literacy, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

Let’s work together to empower every student with the tools they need to succeed, starting with a library card!

Arrival Reminders

Morning Drop Off begins at 8:05AM - there is no student supervision before this time.

For their safety, please wait until 8:05AM to drop students off.

Parents, please be alert on the car line in order to help keep our students and staff safe.

Follow staff directions and stay off your cell phones.

Please do not park in the parking spots and walk through the car line to drop off or pick up your child.

There is no parking in the primary line handicapped parking spaces unless you are a PreK ESE parent or have been directed to do so by a staff member.

And finally, please work with your children on how to buckle/unbuckle themselves so they can get out the car without assistance and get themselves in and safe for the car ride home.
